Day 1

Dammam

Half Moon Bay: Half Moon Bay, a short drive from south of Dammam, was a popular spot for many Arab traders from the Arabian Gulf region, back in the day. Due to its family-friendly setup, it has become a popular destination for recreation as well. One can go swimming, fishing, or take a boat ride among the gently rolling waves. Locals often head to Half Moon Bay for a nice picnic with their family and friends. Also, this location is an ideal place to learn to scuba diving.

Al Ula

Day 3

Hegra

Visit the Tombs of Hegra

Hegra, one of the most breathtaking places on earth and the first UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Kingdom (there are presently six in Saudi Arabia), is completely deserving of a full-day tour. The region has been inhabited since the first century BCE since it served as a trading route for pilgrims going to Makkah. It's a sizable historic region with more than 100 excellently maintained tombs that have recently been made accessible to tourists. The rock formations, which include Face Rock, which resembles the profile of a face as you could think, are stunning. Don't skip a visit to Qasr Al Farid, a more than 22-meter-high structure constructed by Lihyan, son of Kuzatomb. It's one of the most incredible natural sights you'll ever see.

Day 4

Heritage Village

Visit the Heritage Village at Al Ula:

Best time to experience this tour is in the evening, when it is all lit up!

Al Ula Old Town is overlooked by Musa bin Nusayr Castle, which is said to date back to the 10th century. The ancient town, home to hundreds of houses, stores, and four town squares, was a well-liked stop for pilgrims travelling between Damascus and Makkah.
The Old Town is currently kept as is to preserve the essence of the Village. Even the resorts do not have any upper floors and the rooms are separated from one another.
You may go on a guided tour of the old town to learn more about its history. There is also an open-air market to discover.

Day 5

Riyadh

Travel to Riyadh

AlUla — Riyadh

Adventure seekers can self drive from AlUla to Riyadh. The drive is 8 hrs long, but the journey is picturesque.

Evening:

Riyadh is the best place to spend a luxurious weekend. Visit one of the city's luxurious spas to unwind and rejuvenate, or visit one of its boutique arthouses to go from tranquil to intellectual. It includes a wide range of upscale restaurants, malls, and well-selected shops.

Riyadh

Day 7

Riyadh

Shop at Riyadh Park Mall

Take a tour through this shopping centre, which features The Zone, an outdoor space, and a glass ceiling that resembles a wave in one area. There are several high-end fashion chains, well-known restaurant chains, and high-street fashion brands. Additionally, if you're travelling with a family, Magic Planet is an excellent pick for youngsters, or there is a Museum of Illusions to marvel at.

Evening:

Go on a desert safari

A trip to Saudi Arabia is not complete without a desert excursion. Several companies provide afternoon and evening excursions that feature sandboarding, stargazing, a traditional meal, and dune-bashing before returning you to your hotel for a restful night's sleep. Hold on to your hats and stomach as you speed through the dunes and take in the incredible sunset over the sand.
